A new window will pop-up entitled “Accessibility.” Under “Accessibility,” click onto “Visual effects.” Under "Visual effects," make sure your “Animation effects” button is turned “ON.”

Once your “Animation effects” feature is turned on, click onto the refresh button at the top of your browser.
